It is slightly bitter. As a standard, it is served with 250 gr low-fat ground beef and two skewers of bulgur/rice as seen in the photo, cooked tomatoes and peppers, pate, onion, parsley, and a piece of lavash. You can increase the amount of bread you want for 0.30€.
